Very Disappointing First Experience at Refresh on Buffalo Road Today was my first time ordering from Refresh on Buffalo Road, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I placed an online order for an acai bowl. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes before knocking on the window because no one had assisted me. A young woman came to the window, asked for my name, and told me that my order hadn’t come through. She said she would make it for me. I literally live less than 5 minutes away, so I headed home expecting to finally enjoy my acai bowl. Unfortunately, when I got home, the entire bowl was completely melted. 😔 I tried calling the number provided, but I wasn’t able to get through. I also sent a text message explaining what happened, but I never received a response. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I’m not someone who expects perfection. What disappointed me was the lack of communication and customer service after the issue occurred. As a first-time customer, this experience definitely left me disappointed. I was really looking forward to trying Refresh, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning based on this experience. I’m sharing this b

As a frequent customer, I was very disappointed by my recent experience. I ordered a smoothie bowl, but it was so overloaded with coconut that it completely overwhelmed the bowl. It honestly felt like I was eating a cup of coconut with a little smoothie underneath. When I politely explained that I didn't enjoy it and asked if I could exchange it for something else, I was told I would need to purchase another item. While I understand businesses have policies, I was surprised that no effort was made to resolve the issue. What was even more disappointing was being asked to leave while we were still in the middle of eating. We arrived before 6:00 PM, ordered our food, and sat down and started eating. Although the drive-thru remained open, we were told the lobby was closing and needed to leave before we had finished our food. I understand that the lobby hours are posted on the door, and I respect that businesses have the right to set their hours. However, I believe it would be good customer service to let customers know before they order if the lobby is about to close and they may not have enough time to finish their food inside. A DRIVE THRU SMOOTHIE?? I’ve waited my entire life for this. The way I was going to body fuel for their OK smoothies is crazy because there smoothies are $15?? Wild. My LARGE smoothie was $10 and that’s because I went a lil extra with the add one bc why would I not get activated charcoal to soothe my stomach? The smoothies at refresh are smooth, easily digestible and have incredible customization options for add ons. 100/10
